My professional path was not designed as a straight line. Welding, agricultural production and financial management seem different on paper. In practice, they complement one another.
Precision
Welding taught that quality is visible in the result. A poor joint does not become reliable because it has been explained well. Preparation and responsibility matter before presentation.
Systems
Agriculture added patience and respect for systems. Production depends on biology, weather, people, equipment, logistics and demand at the same time.
Numbers
Financial management gave a language for comparing choices. Numbers do not make decisions alone, but they reveal whether assumptions are realistic.
Together, these professions shaped a practical approach: understand how the work is actually done, understand the system around it, then test decisions against the numbers.
